Vetri Cooking Lab is looking for volunteers who are available in the after-school hours (2 pm - 6 pm) on weekdays who can join nutrition educators and students in the culinary classroom.

Our programs not only offer safe places for kids to go, but also give kids new and experiences. Students learn to cook and get to see the value of sharing a meal with each other. Most importantly, they have *fun* while chopping, sauteeing, eating together, and even cleaning up after the meal!

What an amazing day to meet our new neighbors in the Poplar/Spring Garden neighborhood! With the help of @acmemarkets and @lisciosbakery, we gave away:

100 food boxes with a Thanksgiving turkey and fixings + produce for VCP's Harvest Hash recipe!

We also want to thanks @dibrunobros, @muralarts, @greenerpartners, @kensingtonsoccerclub, and @treehousebooks for sharing activities with our neighbors.
