Since we shared the news of a devastating $700,000 funding cut, generous supporters like you have stepped up with nearly $30,000 in donations. We’re incredibly grateful.

Now, we need your help to bring Culinary Classroom back. This moment is hard, but together, we can bridge the funding gap and bring nutrition education back to Philly's kids.

💛 Please consider donating today. Link in bio.
Due to the loss of federal SNAP-Ed funding, Vetri Due to the loss of federal SNAP-Ed funding, Vetri Community Partnership has been forced to pivot in-school nutrition education programming that reached thousands of Philadelphia students each year.

With your help, we can bring back Culinary Classroom—our original program that blends cooking and nutrition education in 45-minute lessons that encourages kids to try new foods, build confidence in the kitchen, and develop life skills for a healthier future.

This program is our bridge to the future, but we cannot cross it without you. Making Culinary Classroom possible will cost $400,000. Please consider a donation to help bridge the federal funding gap and bring nutrition education back to Philly's kids.

Double your impact! All gifts made by Tuesday, July 15 will be matched by board members Marc Vetri and Lisa Dykstra.

SNAP-Ed is gone. We're gonna say what many people SNAP-Ed is gone. We're gonna say what many people have expressed to us: this stinks!

As of last week, the federal government officially eliminated SNAP-Ed funding through the Big Beautiful Bill, cutting off one of the only nationwide sources of support for in-school nutrition education. This hurts so many families who are fighting to put food on the table and make healthier choices.

But Vetri Community Partnership isn't giving up on in-school time cooking and nutrition education, and neither should you. We're raising key funds to make up the $700,000 funding gap that we've been left with, and you can help! Make a donation today to support Culinary Classroom, a new(ish) program that will help mostly replace SNAP-Ed. These key funds will support keep our programming in schools, during the school day, where kids can easily access hands-on cooking lessons and key nutrition topics.

Every cloud has a silver lining--you're ours. Donate today at the link in bio.

SNAP-Ed is not waste--it's a critical part of Americans' health. Read Marc's comments alongside the words of other leaders here. Full article linked in bio.
