Since opening earlier this year, Emmett's been generating buzz. Jason Sheehan at @phillymag wrote about his meal, "...smart and beautiful at the same time, but delicious more than anything else." Last year, 150 families in Philadelphia received a Last year, 150 families in Philadelphia received a Thanksgiving turkey, fixings for their holiday dinner, and recipes to prepare a two nutritious side dishes for their holiday tables: Pasta e Ceci and Kale Salad with White Bean Vinaigrette. A guest who received a turkey and other items told us, "You have blessed us tremendously! This summer, Vetri Community Partnership's Culinar This summer, Vetri Community Partnership's Culinary Medicine team partnered with @11thstreetfhs to bring heart-healthy cooking classes directly to the community with the help of @aramarkcommunity. 💚 From Syrian Green Beans with fresh herbs to Cinnamon Apples with Skillet Granola, participants explored new flavors, practiced cooking skills, and shared meals that sparked conversation and connection.
