CBS3 health reporter, Stephanie Stahl, joined Vetri Cooking Lab Summer students in the classroom on July 3, 2025 for an afternoon of making veggie-forward burrito bowls and other accompaniments.

Stephanie chatted with CEO Maddy Booth and two students enrolled in the summer camp about the impact of the program. “What we’re trying to encourage folks to do is to eat and enjoy fruits and vegetables as part of their lives,” Maddy shared with Stephanie.
