We are now asking you for your support. If you, your students, your community, or your school has found value with our programming, we would you love if you’d contact your senators to voice your opposition to any cuts to SNAP-Ed.

Please consider taking action by sending a message of support for SNAP-Ed funding to your representative. Resources will be linked in our bio!

Girl, the tariffs? Wild. But eating nutritious foo Girl, the tariffs? Wild. But eating nutritious foods is still possible!

Rising food costs are real — but that doesn’t mean you can’t nourish yourself and your family. Here are some tips on how to eat well on a budget!

Adopt an “any vegetable, any way” mindset:
• Fresh, frozen, and canned produce all offer key nutrients and go on sale more often, making them a budget-friendly option.

Plan your meals around weekly sales:
• Check store ads before you shop.
• Aim for at least 2 fruits, 2 veggies, and a lean protein each week for variety and balance.

Take advantage of free or low-cost cooking classes (like our Community Cooking Classes!):
• Learn skills that help you cook confidently and affordably at home.
• Home-cooked meals are healthier *and* easier on your wallet.

Make the freezer your friend:
• Freeze fresh veggies before they spoil.
• Save and reheat leftovers to reduce food waste and stretch your grocery haul.
