Mike Eagles is Senior Vice President, Labor & Employee Relations and Senior Deputy General Counsel at Comcast Cable. In this role, Mike manages the Labor Relations, Employee Relations, and HR Analytics functions for Comcast Cable. Mike and his team are responsible for developing and implementing policies and practices that ensure the company’s compliance with domestic and international employment laws. Mike also oversees the Company’s workplace investigations, employee survey programs, and other initiatives aimed at improving the employee experience. He was a founding member of the Company’s Pro Bono Committee. Prior to joining Comcast, Mike practiced Labor & Employment law at Morgan Lewis and Blank Rome. He obtained his undergraduate and law degrees from Georgetown University, where he also played collegiate baseball. Mike also serves on the Board of Leadership Philadelphia and is now excited to support the impact of Vetri Community Partnership as a board member.
