Calling all physicians, nurse practitioners, physician assistants, residents, and other healthcare professionals who treat patients with hypertension!

We are teaming up with @pennmedicine to bring you an educational conference and hands-on cooking demonstration in our Teaching Kitchen (915 Spring Garden Street) on Friday, April 25 from 8:30 am - 3:30 pm.

This course aims to educate healthcare professionals about dietary choices and principles of healthy nutrition while empowering them with the skills to manage hypertension in their patients, with particular attention to socioeconomic and cultural competence.

Cooking with kids might initially seem intimidating, but @chefdadstable is here to show you how to make it fun, simple, and doable for your family. Join us on April 26 in the Teaching Kitchen for a hands-on family cooking class!

When kids get involved in the kitchen, they feel confident, connected, and are more likely to try new foods. Cooking together helps build healthy habits and bonds while giving kids a strong sense of belonging. 💚⁣

Tickets are $100 and include a cooking class for one adult and one child. An additional child is $10 and an additional adult is $25. All funds raised go directly to Vetri Community Partnership's mission to nourish minds, bodies, and communities with nutrition education through cooking.
